MPs: Looting Lands by the Influential Figures Ties up the Investment
Parliament Sent a Message to the Prime Minister Requesting him to Carry out the Judicial Sentences of the Issue of Looting Lands

Today Parliament held a session Presided over by Yahya Al-Raei, Parliament approved to send a message to the Prime Minister in which Parliament obliges the government to carry out the judicial sentences within ten days regarding the issue of looting lands in all governorates which suffer from this issue especially Hadramout governorate.
This decision had been made after Parliament discussed the Justice and Endowment Committee's report. The committee was ordered by the Parliament to study and discuss the note that submitted by some MPs about the important subjects of Hadramout governorate. The Project of Dorat Almukalla (Alrayan Hadramout) is one of these subjects in which Kahlan Abu Shawareb – Sheikh and one of the influential men - looted part of the Project's Land without having to worry about the law and citizens' feelings.
The report recommended questioning the Ministers of justice and the Local Administrative to answer the question that why the judicial sentences regarding this issue have not been carried out yet!
Some MPs wonder what are the reasons of the delay in carrying out these sentences. They also explain that the issue of looting lands will tie up the investment in Yemen.
MP Sultan Albarakani asked the Justice to investigate with Hadramout's Governor and General Security Officer because they didn't carry out the judicial sentences. The Speaker commented that Parliament has the right to recommend but has no right to oblige the Justice.
MP Muhammad Abdouh Saeed who is the head of the Yemeni businessmen Committee said that during the meeting with the Saudi businessmen, the businessmen spoke about the issue of looting lands and they gave me a file including some of the problems of looting lands. The Saudi businessman Mr. Bokshan told him there are some sentences regarding this issue without carrying out them.
